Leadership is a symbol, role model, driver as well as a source of influence, which can direct various activities and resources to achieve organizational goals. The ability and skill to manage the various human personalities formed in a group is a difficulty in itself, and it is one of the main tasks for a leader. In every company, strong leaders are always needed. If a person can demonstrate his or her abilities as a leader and a preference for leadership responsibilities as an employee, he or she will most likely be given the opportunity to head a team or division. The purpose of the mentoring activity is to become a resource person so that CV.Esbe can improve employee performance and have a mentality, especially at the supervisor and managerial levels. The method of implementing service activities uses the lecture method directly with a discussion approach, the technical implementation of service is divided into 3 stages, namely Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation. The result of this mentoring activity is that from 25 seminar participants, it is expected to bring a change in leadership style that is more effective for the company's progress.
