Abstrak

Industrial relations are the relationship between employers and workers/laborers or trade unions/trade unions, either directly or indirectly, arising from the production process and/or services in a company. This relationship covers various aspects, from employment agreements, working conditions, wages, to dispute resolution. Good industrial relations are essential for the sustainability and success of the company. With harmonious industrial relations, companies can increase productivity, reduce employee turnover rates, and create a positive image in the eyes of the public. In addition, good industrial relations can also contribute to overall social and economic stability, such as Labor Relations, Bipartite Industrial Relations, Tripartite Industrial Relations, Industrial Relations Between Trade Unions/Trade Unions and International Industrial Relations.
