The development of artificial intelligence has created new possibilities for designing interactive, adaptive, and efficient learning media in vocational education. This aims of this training are to describe a teacher training framework focused on strengthening vocational school teachers’ capacity to integrate artificial intelligence into learning activities that align with student chracteristics and workforce demands. The method is a descriptive approach that outlines training objectives, core concepts, examples of tools, command-writing strategies, and ethical conciderations for educational use of artificial intelligence. The results indicate that artificial intelligence can support vocational teachers by accelerating lesson material development, enabling learning personalization, assisting in the automatic construction of assessment items, and facilitating more interactive learning media such as text, images, presentations, and videos. Teachers are also able to design project-based and industry-based learning activities across various vocational departments using appropriate commands. The conclucion highlights that effective use of artificial intelligence depends not only on technical skils but also on teachers’ pedagogical judgment and ethical awareness. In this training, teachers practiced using digital tools, which helped them build their skills and take a more active role in supporting innovative learning. When used wisely and creatively, artificial intelligence has strong potential to improve learning quality in vocational schools and better prepare students for the evolving demands of the workforce.
