Implementing an In-ON-IN training method, this program facilitated structured, hand-on wrokshops (In-Service training) and mentored practical application (On-the-joblearning). Participants consisted of teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jakarta a total of 31 persons, who sere guided to bridge deep learning concepts with the creation of assessment tools that promote critical thinking. The effectiveness of the activity was evaluated by comparing pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicated a significant improvement in the praticipants understanding of deep learning principles and their technical competence in constructing HOTS-based questions. This aims of this training are to describe a teacher training framework focused on strengthening vocational school teachers’ capacity to integrate artificial intelligence into learning activities that align with student chracteristics and workforce demands. The method is a descriptive approach that outlines training objectives, core concepts, examples of tools, command-writing strategies, and ethical conciderations for educational use of artificial intelligence. The results indicate that artificial intelligence can support vocational teachers by accelerating lesson material development, enabling learning personalization, assisting in the automatic construction of assessment items, and facilitating more interactive learning media such as text, images, presentations, and videos. Teachers are also able to design project-based and industry-based learning activities across various vocational departments using appropriate commands. The conclucion highlights that effective use of artificial intelligence depends not only on technical skils but also on teachers’ pedagogical judgment and ethical awareness. In this training, teachers practiced using digital tools, which helped them build their skills and take a more active role in supporting innovative learning.
