One sector with strong development potential is the garment industry, including mukena (women's prayer attire) production. However, MSMEs in this sector often face significant challenges in formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies. This community service program was conducted to assist Roemah Dia, a local mukena manufacturer, in developing and applying digital marketing strategies to improve sales performance. The program adopted a participatory and applicative approach, beginning with the identification of partner needs through field observations and structured interviews. Findings revealed that the marketing activities were limited to word-of-mouth promotion, lacking structured digital strategies and compelling promotional media. Based on these findings, training materials were designed to address two key areas: (1) understanding market segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP); and (2) optimizing social media as promotional tools, particularly Instagram Business and WhatsApp Business. Training sessions were conducted online using Zoom, followed by guided discussions to encourage the development of relevant and practical digital marketing strategies. The discussion outcomes indicated a high level of enthusiasm and understanding from the participants, reflected in the formulation of initial strategies tailored to their business context. This program successfully enhanced the partners' digital marketing competence and is expected to support sustainable business growth. In the context of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), a structured MIS can provide a competitive advantage in facing operational and market challenges. This community service project was conducted with NB_Clothess, an MSME engaged in the sale of clothing, specifically polo shirts, which has implemented a simple information-based operational management system. The project's objective was to help NB_Clothess strengthen its existing information system by developing an integrated data management structure, encompassing raw material ordering, production processes, warehouse management, marketing, and product delivery. The methods used included needs identification, simple information system design, and implementation training and mentoring. The results of the community service project showed that strengthening the MIS resulted in increased business process efficiency, reduced data errors, and improved customer service quality. This company produces refrigeration machine components with a focus on quality and accuracy of technical specifications, from raw materials to final products. Quality control is implemented through the establishment of raw material standards, product inspection, quality testing, and handling of defective products. The research method used is a descriptive approach with a case study, where data is collected through direct observation of the production process, interviews with related parties, and documentation of the company's operational standards. The analysis is carried out using the concept of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to measure quality consistency and the effectiveness of corrective actions for products that do not meet standards. The results show that PT Fujisei Metal Indonesia has strict quality control procedures, including the selection of internationally certified suppliers, dimensional and visual inspections, leak tests using pressurized nitrogen, and special handling of defective products before being shipped to customers. However, the discontinuous production system requires improvements in process routing to make the workflow more efficient. The addition of quality control points at each stage of production is recommended to minimize defects and increase productivity. One approach used is the application of ergonomic principles and the design of effective work systems. This research was conducted at PT Assyifa Teknik Mandiri with a focus on the production process of the 4W Strainer. The purpose of this activity was to analyze and improve work methods using various types of work maps, including human-machine maps, group process maps, operation process maps (OPC), process flow maps, and flow diagram maps. The results of the analysis showed inefficiencies in the use of time and resources, such as delays in the sorting process due to a lack of operators and low machine utilization. Based on these findings, a redesign of work methods was carried out that emphasized time efficiency, increased coordination between operators and helpers, and optimization of work equipment layout. This activity is expected to increase productivity, reduce production cycle time, and improve the quality of the final product. PT Sirkel Utama, as a general and landscape contractor, design consultant, and planner, plays an active role in supporting this development. One of the projects undertaken is the softscape development of a mass housing park in the Invensi Haus BSD City Cluster, which will house 160 housing units. This project encompasses five main stages: preparatory work, tree planting, shrub planting, hardscape work, and maintenance. Project management analysis was conducted through the identification of activities, durations, and precedence relationships, visualized in network planning and Gantt charts. The planning results show a critical path of A-B-C-D-E, with a total project duration of 45 days, from July 1 to August 15, 2022. Financially, the budget planning was calculated from the preparation stage to maintenance, resulting in a total cost of IDR 400,243,000. After adding 10% value-added tax (VAT), the final total cost was IDR 440,267,000. To assess project feasibility, the Net Present Value (NPV) method is used to estimate net profits, and the Payback Period (PP) method is used to calculate the payback period. This analysis ensures that the project is financially viable and can deliver the expected returns. Through the implementation of appropriate project management, PT Sirkel Utama is able to optimize resources, minimize the risk of delays, and ensure the quality of work.
