Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru dalam melaksanakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh melalui Workshop

The purpose of this research is to improve the competence of teachers of SMP Negeri 26 Kota Bekasi in implementing distance learning through workshops. The research subjects were 25 teachers of SMP Negeri 26 Kota Bekasi. The research method used is action research with two cycles. Data collection techniques in the study were obtained from instruments in the form of observation sheets. Observations were made on teacher participation in participating in workshop activities and observation of teacher competence in implementing distance learning. The instrument measures teacher competence in implementing distance learning which consists of six aspects of observation, namely: (1) mastery of information technology, (2) conducting learning, (3) managing interactions, (4) demonstrating special abilities in learning, (5) carrying out assessments learning processes and outcomes, and (6) general impression of the implementation of learning. The results of the research obtained data in the initial conditions, obtained an average score of 2.87 with a success of 57.49%, increased in the first cycle to 3.76 with 75.11% success and increased again in the second cycle to 4.35 with success. 87.01%. Increasing the competence of teachers in implementing distance learning has an impact on improving student learning outcomes which has increased each cycle. The conclusion of this study is that through workshops can improve teacher competence in implementing distance learning at SMP Negeri 26 Kota Bekasi.

Pengaruh Kemandirian Belajar terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis

This study aims to determine the effect of learning independence on mathematical problem solving abilities. The sample used in this study was 238 students with random sampling techniques from grade VIII students in the even semester at SMP Negeri 1 Depok and MTs Al Hidayah C.A Depok. The method used in this study is the survey method, data collection is carried out by distributing tests for variables of mathematical problem solving ability and questionnaires for variables of learning independence. Based on hypothesis testing and data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between learning independence (X) and mathematical problem solving ability (Y). This is evidenced by Fcalculate > Ftable, which is 50.55 > 3.8812. With a determinant coefficient of learning independence on mathematical problem solving ability of 17.64% and 82.36%, the rest is influenced by other variables.

Penerapan Video Pembelajaran Interaktif dalam Pembelajaran Daring untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Materi Aritmetika Sosial

The purpose of this study was to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of social arithmetic materials through the application of interactive learning videos in online learning for class VII.C students of SMP Negeri 10 Bekasi City. The subjects of this study were students of class VII.C SMP Negeri 10 Bekasi City as many as 40 students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. Methods of data collection using tests, observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of interactive learning videos in online learning activities for mathematics subjects was more effective and fun for students, not boring, because the display on interactive learning videos was audio-visual in nature. The results of evaluation tests that measure students' understanding of social arithmetic material, in the pre-cycle the class average score is 70.93 with 52.50% completeness, it increases in the first cycle with an average value of 78.38 with 72.50% completeness , and increased again in the second cycle with an average value of 82.08 with a completeness of 92.50%. The conclusion of this study through interactive learning videos in online learning can improve mathematics learning outcomes in social arithmetic material for class VII.C students of SMP Negeri 10 Bekasi City.

Pengaruh Kecemasan Matematika terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Matematika Peserta Didik

This study aims to find out about the effect of mathematical anxiety on mathematical reasoning ability. The research method used for this research is quantitative survey research at SMKN 15 Bekasi City and SMK Global Teknologi for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample used was 100 students consisting of class X with data collection techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire dissemination and question tests. This research was conducted in April - August 2022. The results revealed that based on the test obtained F_calculate = 10.6107 and F_tabel = 3.94 with a significant level of ∝ = 0.05. Because F_calculate > F_table, H₀ is rejected which means that there is an influence between mathematical anxiety and mathematical reasoning ability.

Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Inklusif pada Sekolah Dasar di Lingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram Tahun 2020/2021

This study was conducted to evaluate and analyze inclusion education programs in elementary schools in Mataram City. This study focuses on: 1). The purpose, goals, and needs of the community towards inclusive education, 2). Plans and strategies for inclusive education programs which include; Human resources, curriculum, and facilities at the Provincial Education Office, 3). program implementation; capacity building, technical assistance and program monitoring and 4) Inclusive school performance outcomes. This study used a mixed method; quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data were collected through simple and qualitative questionnaires through FGDs, in-depth interviews, and observations. The data was analyzed using the CIPP approach to summarize and determine recommendations. Program evaluation criteria are divided into 4 criteria, namely: 1). Context, consisting of community goals and needs for inclusive education programs, 2). Input; plans and strategies of human resources, curriculum and school facilities,3). Process; implementation of capacity building, technical assistance, and monitoring, 4). External; school performance.
